Terms of Service

By accessing and using TruthMark ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

TruthMark grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose:

• To embed invisible watermarks into your digital images
• To verify and decode watermarks in images
• To integrate our API into your applications (subject to rate limits)
• To use our SDK in accordance with the documentation

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the Service for illegal purposes or to violate any laws
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
• Use the Service to infringe on others' intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to compromise the Service

Intellectual Property

The TruthMark watermarking technology, algorithms, software, and documentation are proprietary and protected by copyright, patent, and trade secret laws. All rights are reserved.

Images you upload remain your property. We do not claim ownership of your content. However, you grant us a license to process and watermark your images as part of providing the Service.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to:

• Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice
• Modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Suspend accounts violating these terms

Limitation of Liability

TruthMark is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• Service interruptions or errors
• Third-party actions or content

Payment and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase. Enterprise customers have custom refund policies as specified in their contracts.

Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and any outstanding payments become immediately due.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TruthMark operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
